it is very common after child birth for a woman's hormonal levels to NOT return to normal thus affecting her sex drive, most often diminishing it.

The safest thing to do is have your wife go to her gynocologist and have her hormone levels tested an d more then likely once she's on HRT she will want sex again.

also flowers, a nice massage, or day spa gift certificate, or cooking dinner, cleaning dishes, putting kids to bed also help with putting her in right mood for you

An MD can prescribe Estratest which contains estradiol and testesterone- methyl testesterone.
.625 or 1.25mg if I recall correctly. methyl testesterone is known to cause liver damage, but in that small amount - maybe not. Other problem with Estratest is one ( or 2 ) sizes doesnt fit all. testesterone creams exist.

I saw a 20/20 or Dateline NBC on the tube the other night with my wife about testosterone treatment for women with low sex drive. This has been an on going issue with us but over the last year or two, i've started becoming disconnected to her in that area. When the problem reached a boiling point she went to her gyno and her gyno said, "of course you don't want sex, you have a little one and you work and you're tired and on and on..." So my wife thought she was "normal." After seeing this program, which I saw years ago without her, she shocks me and says, "well that doctor lied to me, i just want to set her straight."

When I initially saw the show, I would have never mentioned that she needed a drug. She would have erupted and we would have fought for sure. Now that she saw the show and the women giving their feelings (all positive), i'm doing a bunch of google searches to find out more.

I realize every guy thinks the problem is with the other person but I really think this is the case with us. I'm sure to all of our friends we're the perfect couple and have wild sex but this is far from the truth behind closed doors.
