clen doses using ag-guys' clen

What is a good and safe dose of Clen for a female using Ag-guys' stuff? I see a lot of info but this is for someone that has never used anything.

Only use clen if you're willing to sport a really cool mustache!!! I wouldn't use clen if my life depended on it, there are so many other alternatives. Yeah clen works, but I don't know if it's really worth it, ya know? It messes with everything, and could eventually screw you in the long run-health wise. Right now I'm taking some natural herbs that aide with weight loss, so if you're interested I could help you out, let you know what i'm taking. They're all found at wal-mart and aren't too expensive either. It's not as fast as clen, but it still seems to be working! I'm down almost 8 lbs in about 3 weeks time. So, let me know.
