hey guys and gals. My gf is trying to shed a few pounds and contemplating a 6 week t3 and clen cycle as follows.
weeks 1-2 and 4-6 clen 80mcg ED, none weeks 3-4.
Weeks 1-2 ramp up to 5 tabs of t3
weeks 3-6, slowly back down to 1 tab ED.
Now, i am concerned about what i am reading about a rebound effect where weight is gained after t3. Is this true? How can it be avoided? She works out and has done clen before, but never
roids and is contemplating var at 5-10mg ED. Opinions on the difference this would make.
Do women have any sort of PCT like men do?
What should her diet be like? High in protein?
Any thoughts would be great, i know alot about guy sauce and bulking but nothing about this and im just looking to inform myself.
