honestly i would reccomend just rotating between
clen and eca ... the most effective method of doing this is as follows:
ECA - Day1
Clen - Day2
ECA - Day 3
Clen - Day 4
etc. etc. etc. do you see what im getting at? the body develops a tolereance to both substances rather quickly ... by doing this type of EOD rotation, you can keep dosgages a lot lower and acheive the same results ... i wouldnt recommend T3 personally, if you do cardio twice a day (first session being first thing in the morning before you eat anything), eat clean small meals frequently, on top of a workout, you should have no problems burning fat ... its a powerful thermo - i can literally shed pounds with eca ... but everything else must be in order
