Default cycles and birth control

I would think that if a woman is planning to do a cycle that she should stop taking any birth control, right? Any feedback would be appreciated...

wouldn't the intake of exogenous estrogen be counterproductive to fat burning and tightening up the woman's physique? estrogen causes the female pattern fat distribution right? so I was just thinking that for best results the extra estrogen should be removed...did your girl make good gains while on?

probably no one will read this, but I meant to write this a couple of weeks ago...birth control pills (or the hormones therein) increase the level of SHBG in circulation which could potentially bind more of the AAS being administered...just something to think about

hey buddy, You should have told me... ill ask "my girl" about it and see what she thinks as she has plenty of experience competing and taking AAS. as of right now, I would stop it... but thats just me... id stop it for the same reasons you mentioned above.

later bro, see you at the gym

Im very curious about this too, since the estrogen would seem to be very counter productive.

Isn’t AAS a birth control for women too? Can women really get pregnant while on AAS? -ES

my wife just started 5mg/day anavar, which we will up to 10mg/day in a week after we see how she reacts to it..she stopped taking birth control so I'll try to keep this updated with her progress...

so far so good, she's all stoked 'cause she busted out a couple sets of "man-style" pushups the other day...still no birth control and 5mg/day...weight has been pretty consistant with a very good strength increase and some loss of bf...she is very athletic and responds well to training...so we'll see where this goes

birth control pills mimic progestin...not estrogen...women in reproductive age have enuff estrogen...the whole point of birth control is to make the body think its pregnant so that ovulation doesnt occur....i dont understand why a woman would stop taking it because shes "on" as shes gonna definitely be more horny than usual...and subject to gettin pregnant without it

Chris- that is correct, but due to the increase in SHBG my wife decided to stop the birth control anyway for the course of the cycle...she actually did lose some weight after she was off the pill for a few weeks, before she got really serious about diet...i posted some pics in the member gallery
