I have her working out with me weights 3 days a week with cardio after, and cardio itsself 2 days a week.
She saw me researching my next cycle and contacting my source and that got her intrested in AAS, I have her on a strict diet although i fear she drinks sodas at work and away from home. I was thinking of either T3+ Clen to drop her BF or Anavar+ Primo to get her to devolop muscle faster to burn the fat. Which would be the best choice, and what should the doses be? Because of her weight should she take more?
How fast will the weight drop, and can women take sust safly? ( sust and test e are in my next cycle) |
You are asking for help, that is the only thing I am taking from your letter.
Forget
AAS or similar. First learn the basics.
She may have all kind of hormonal problems and that is why she overweight so easily specially right after delivering a baby..
1. Check adrenals and thyroid, watch DHEA

2. Read for a while board and peoples discussion here

3. Read some in "Health Concerns Selector"

DHEA Restoration Therapy it really ties up with thyroid

4. Female Hormone Restoration

5. do not be too hard on her with exercises, is she breast feeding, after she stops breast feeding, since we are what we eat, put her on (starwation) diet first but keep variety of ingredients. Plan food for the day, put it in container in the fridge, stop eating when gone, except for water from the faucet. At 5'4" she should weight about 120#.
This point #5 is after she have adrenals and thyroid in shape plus loosing weight will require constant hormonal adjustment. Do extensive (whole new topic) blood work, at first every 3 months latter every 6 mo, when she is at proper weight, once a year.
Good luck
