I obviously wasn't clear enough.
I have been training (running mainly and a few weights).
Using up to 1000 calories a session.
Now I've dropped my calorie intake, and training less due to the fact I'm studying as well as working so can't fit it all in.
I don't believe in diets as such, but I do watch what I eat, I do have a diet to suit my lifestyle and training.
I was a professional athlete throughout my teens so know how to look after myself in the respect.
I have put on 27lbs due to the reduced amount of exercise, even though I have reduced my calorie intake.
I'm will start to up my training again, as I need to lose the weight in order to start training for the london marathon next year, but I don't want to end up injuring myself due to the excess weight I'm carrying around.
