Default needing to lose fat

Ok here's the scoop. in the last 2yrs i have lost 100pounds, and in the last 5yrs a total of 200pounds.(should be proud but not, the fact i got that big in the first place, anyways a whole different story). I have stopped losing weight since Feb. 07. I only have 30pounds left to go.
I work out free weights and machines 6 days a week, eat clean all week 6days a week Sat night cheat meal...... cardio 7km walk 3 days a week..... ok what more can i do ? I always say i have awesome muscle development.....if only you could see it. I lost all this weight through diet and exercise, no surgery any thoughts????? thanks S.
