My wife started using a new form of birth control known as the NuvaRing by Organon. It is a little plastic ring about 3 inches in diameter that she deposits in her vagina once a month. It releases etonogestrel/ethinyl estradiol at 0.120mg/0.015mg per day.
Is there any chance that taking
nolvadex at 20mg/day would somehow block the action of the ring's daily estradiol release rendering it less or altoghether ineffective?
