quick weight loss...help!? I am 5'9 and I weigh 150lbs. I used to be a college cheerleader and now I am not, so I don't get hardly any excercise. I never really had to work out and diet before so I am new to this. I would like to weigh about 125-135lbs and be cut. I've started working out a little bit but I don't have the drive that I used to. I want something that will cut the fat off, and something that is quick, also something that was give me the energy to work out. What do you reccomend? I tried clenbuterol but I want something more hard core. Thanks! |
