TRT for women Does anyone have any experience with this excluding Estratest ?
Estratest is the standard AMA treatment for menopausal women complaining of reduced libido and consists of E2 and abt a mg methyltest abd is taken daily. Considering that E2 is about as cheap as water and adding a little cancer causing T to it drives the price up to abt $50/mth... I`m fed up with getting ripped off by Big Drugs Inc. anyway. But thats another rant.
Womens T levels run 1-2% of mens, alto have seen 8-10 % reported.
Normal IM procedures with a dilute T solution seem doable, as does transdermal T esters. Perhaps the lessor action of transdermally applied T esters as compared to T base would come out about right for women. |
