Abs like Janet Jackson

How do you get them. My girlfriend has a flat stomach but obsesses about having abs like janet. What should I suggest? She hasn't seen many results in sit ups but she's willing to do what it takes.

The only way you'll be able to see your abs is by getting rid of the fat that covers them. That means its time for track practice. Listen to the words during this interview. Run run run.

IMO i think janet jackson cheated.

just like LL cool jay, they both got abb inplants.

i read about it somewhere, that he was being rushed to the hospital due to one of this abs shifting around his stomach.

lazy ass, he has all that money and all that spare time on his hands and still cheats. sigh...
