Hhhmm. I train Figure/Fitness/Bodybuildrs...
Yes Dyazide is much better than Aldactone. And if you want to be very scientific and get actual advice (that will really help your wife) than I can tell you right away that it's very difficult to give actual (correct) advice without seeing what she actually looks like. See I am not trying to bash you or anything but whne you say she looks good, it doesnt mean anything untill she stands on stage and is compared to other competitors.
Anyway, from my personal experience in most cases I advice to start taking Dyzide 4-5 days before the show 1/2 to 1 pill per day and adjust the dosage accordingly to how the progress goes. Aldactone is very mild (yet effective drug) and I believe can be taken about 7 days out using about 50mg (since you have 100mg tabs, that means 1/2 tab). The dosage can be increased to 100mg per day (1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the evening) if needed. Usually with Aldactone being mild 100mg for a woman is not something unheard of.
I dont know how much water she needs to lose, but when it comes to Figure you dont wnat her to be too hard. Also very important how you are going to manipulate sodium. Again usually I suggest to cu sodium abotu a week out and increase water to about 1.5-2 gallons of water about 10 days out and start cutting it about 5 days out, so by Friday she drinks about 1/2 a bottle (500ml bottles). Again this is just approximate approach since I dont know your wife, havent seen her pictures. Anyone who gives you "actual plan" without seeing her or working with her is an idiot and you should be careful. Everyone is different so altough similar, still needs different approach.
GOOD LUCK!!!
P.S. Another good idea is sauna 2 for like 5-10 minutes on Thursday and Friday before the show, but again this is good in "some cases, not all".
