Guys, I know the majority of you are all jacked up on test and other goodies, doing your thing to get some great results. Keep up the good work. But this forum isnt for you. This is the women's forum and is dedicated to all things women, whether it be training issues, female health concerns, and other such girl stuff. I encourage you to lend a helping hand when you have one to hand. But don't even consider making a post that says anything along the lines of "post up some nekid pics!" It will be deleted, no doubt about it. Respect the women and keep your johnsons in your pants. If you feel the desire to make some crude, sexual, or condescending remark towards women, think very carefully before you hit that "post" button. It could be the last time you have the privelege of doing so.
Great Post!!! I encourage my GF to read the boards and it really discourages her when she has to weed through all the male testosterone on the female boards.

Very nicely put, but does that also prevent complements expressed in the nicest possible way when they are only used purely for encouragement, if so I own up and accept my castration, many of us men are thoughtless sexest pigs (so I keep being told), and I for one appologise
