anavar advice

I'm 23, 5'5, 127 lbs. and looking to lean out and tone up for the summer ... I'm fairly acitve but just recently started back up on a regular exercise routine (3 weeks so far) ... I do cardio on an empty stomach in the mornings and lift at night, about 4 x a week ... I'm also eating my 5 meals a day including protein shakes ... I cant say I have a problem with weight because I am a thin girl ... My goal is to gain muscle definition especially in my mid-section ... Being a first timer I thought anavar would be the best choice ... Does anyone have any advice or suggestions?

anavar oral plus hard exercise/cardio and extreme diet will most certainly do the trick in a very short time ! Do not stack it with another aas.Most ladies start off with 5 mg per day taken twice daily..only mg daily! Try that for 7-10 days..if you are handling that ok then move it up to 10 mgs per day taken twice daily (no more than 10mgs per day total) .8-10 weeks should do the trick.be aware of possible sides and benefits !

thanks for the reply ... 5mg/day to start is what i've been getting out of my research ... i dont see myself going over 10mg, a lot of women have gotten good results from this dosage ... what are your thoughts on clen? i know its a 2 wk on 2 wk off cycle, but is it a good stack? or should i just stick with anavar?

Var is going to make you feel great..it will give you results. You will lean up but gain some musclarity also.The clen will strip your body fat % down but it can make you feel like shit.I would just do the var and be very strict on my diet..maybe use some over the counter fat burner like hydroxy extreme.If you get some of the sides associated with var stop taking it asap..you should have no problems though on 10 mgs..let us know how it is working for you.make sure you get legit product also.

what type of sides may be involved? I'm thinking of putting my wife on some var here soon. She is taking a thyroid pill though would that be a prob?

Preacher..have you seen the nude bb pictures on meso of females ? remember what was between their legs? Enlarged clitoris,deepening of voice,facial hair.......Have you seen any female bb's on tv and listened to what their voices sound like ? Scarry stuff Preacher.I have some var for my wife too but will not give her untill she gets way more serious about training.I think at below 10 mgs per day you will not have much to worry about..but just keep an eye on things !

im still debating on the clen, but i can tell you im not looking forward to the headaches & cramps ... if i do decide to take it, what is a good dosage to start with? im starting the var next week and will definitely keep a strict diet ... thanks again for all your help! ill keep you updated

I didn't realize that steroids had such an effect on women. I saw those nude BBers women and it is pretty crazy. I think someone was saying that deca will increase a women sexual lidbo.

Funny thing about synthetic testosterone..if taken by man it makes our genitalia smaller and taken by a woman it makes theirs bigger ! Var increases a womans sex drive very nicely.That is why it is a good idea to cycle your wife on low dose var when you are cycling

You need to go to the steroids section and ask your clen question.I have never used it before and will not give advice on something I have not used.The var you will feel in about 4-7 days if it is good.You will gain strength very quickly and your libido will increase.Enjoy lifting the heavier wieghts !

My wife has a little ways to go yet before I ever start her on anything. as for the sides the bigger clit i'm not that worried about, facial hair could be a problem and the deeper voice, hell then maybe people will stop thinking she's a 12 year girl.

I would guess that the female bb's used much higher doses of var and surely stacked with primo and stano amongst other ass to get the big clits,deep voices and other masculine sides.Our pretty little wives would never do such large doses..right ?My wife asked for the var..course i got alot of info on it for her to read.She promised to train hard all year if i got her boobs...that was last year..still no hard training and the var is put up in hiding ! Unless tanning is considered hard training !?OH well..the boobs look nice.

My wife is just a little out of shape..not bad at all..2-3 months of hard work and she would be hard again.The deal i made with her was 1 year hard training in gym( i figured in 1 year she would be addicted to it)and i would get her new boobs.She trains for like 3 weeks and brings home all kinds of stuff off net about docs and jobs and cost's etc...I give in and like 1 month later she gets the boobs.The doc told her not to exercise for several weeks after surgery..she never went back to gym..I even have the var ready for her when she wants it.How many guy's have you ever heard say "wow..look at how tan that girl is!" How many guys have you ever heard say "wow..look at the ass on that girl!" If we were girls what would we be more concerned about..??Our bod's or our tan's?makes no since to me bro..Oh PS she does have nice tan boobs
