I had some previous posts but really didn't get a good answer: My client female 5 foot 3.5, 117lbs, high protein diet, low low low fat, no carbs during week, low amount on weekends, high protein diet.
She wants to acheive the following: She is into cycling and sprinting ie. track and field
Needs to stay lean, but wants power and strength. Also looking to get a nice 6 pack.
What would you say about the following:
15-20mg of
Var per day split morning and evening
12.5mg of
Winny tabs every 2nd day
Total plan 3 -4 weeks tops, also taking liver cleanser:
I tried to get ahold of a
test product
primo acetate;however not available so we are just working with
Var and
Winny.
So : 1) Does the above dose look like a safe one?
2) As for the 6 pack "MUST" they have some sort of
test, or can she obtain a good 6 pack , with just those two forms of gear
3) She will keep the reps higher so she does not get big in terms of the weights (she can tend to get big quickly)
Your thoughts asap would be much appreciated
