Ive been studying up on what steriods to use for myself to achive the results i need and in doing so came across anavar. Ive read that anavar was developed for women and children and that it is used for cutting. My wife needs to loose about 80lbs and overall just get in better shape without getting manly. Is anavar the way to go for her or just good old diet and exercise alone? She is not looking at bieng a fitness model or bodybuilder just get in shape and stay in shape. Please tell me what you think.

Hey there, when you start using aas it's important that you know what you're getting in to. That's true that anavar can be used of women whitout turning them in to men. I have a girl friend right now who are running anavar and are currently loosing about 1 kg every week.

The important thing is that your girl have a good diet, else the var want help. Read about ECA , i think it is a better alternativ.

Post an exampel her, and i will help you more, how much carbs, protein and fat?
How much calories?
ECA makes most people feel like having a heart attack, and in fact has caused exactly that in a number of people. I have yet to here of anyone dying from clen/t3 stack

So far she has been doing weight watchers and using their point system I would have to look at her point log to see exactly how many calories, carbs and protien she is eating. To wieght watchers credit it seems to be working she is steadily loosing 1-2 pounds a week. If anavar or ECU would speed up the process for her and lock in loses safley that would be great. I will look into ECU, also I'll look up her diet and post it. If you have any workouts that actualy work that you could at home I would love to hear about them also. We have a 9 month old that just finished breastfeeding and getting out the house is still hard for her to do. Thank you for your help.

E/C/A is a good stack i will say, i think that clen is a lot more dangerous, it could cause celldeath in your heart. Many people wount even get out of bed, And for T3 it will eat your mucles if you are not running steroids at the same time. But i agree that ECA could get dangerous to the heart if you already has a problem or if you are doing too much hard cardio.

If you have a little baby, i have to say congratulations , i think that she should look away from anavar maybe eca if she don't have any heartproblems, look at green te and caffein it's a good stack. I can post reachers-studies that shows that it works . Post her diet so we can look in to it and give you our opinion

Anavar is not a weight loss product..it builds lean mass when exercise and low carb high protien diet are implemented....diet is what she needs now along with exercise,eca stacks might help to speed up the process,or otc products like hydroxycut etc....If she got on var now she might gain weight..dkeep the 9 month old breast feeding..this will also help her lose weight.....and save you $

It might be too late for this reply to do any help but here goes -
I don't know personally about taking anavar for losing massive amounts of weight, but it doesn't seem like the greatest idea to me. I lost just over 80 lbs the good old fashioned way, diet and exersize, and NOW I am getting ready to take my first cycle of anavar to help me get rid of the last bit of left overs.
Rapid weight loss can cause a lot of loose skin and stretch marks, so the best way to lose weight - especially a lot of weight - is at your body's natural pace. Basically, my uneducated advice is: have her lose as much weight as possible naturally, and when she's kept that off for a good year then add supplements to make her perfect
I never heard of taking anavar for loosing weight from any of my prof bodybuilder girlfriends. They do say it is safest for women. (meaning) It doesn't make women look masculine when building muscle and strength. It is impossible to find. Every good source I know shows it out of stock for almost a year now. Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks.
