Best water pill/reducer for women?

Which water pill/water reducer do you guys think is best for women? My girlfriend is looking to take something to reduce water weight, there are so many things on the shelf, most of which are primarily b6. Is this to say that the b6 is most of the reason these pills work?That has always been my impression. Also, I have taken taraxatone and all i noticed from it was a nice feeling of SHIT. Any recommendations are highly appreciated and some comments on taraxatone as well. Bob Smith, if you're there, you're imput is most appreciated. Thanks

Why is she trying to drop her water weight? My sister uses those diurex ones, but she's a psycho bulimic/anorexic/binger/fucked in the head with eating disorders, so I don't know if her recomendation counts.

hah, no she definately doesn't count then. Well, she was weighing 118 about 2 weeks ago and now the scale says 121 and she thinks it's water weight and wants to knock it off. That's about the jist of it.. but am I right in thinking if it came off with a water pill, it's going to come back on anyway once off? or no? I don't know much about water pills I've never been concerned with that before. Actually that's partially not true because a few years ago I dropped my bodyfat real low and was still disappointed with my appearance so I tried taraxatone but all it did was make me feel like shit.
