hi. this is my first post in the forum as well as my first post on this topic at all. i have read many posts about clenbuterol on this site as well as many others. i am sorry for the redundancy. I just wanted to start my on thread so that any posts would be specifically addressed.

k so heres the deal. im a 29 year old mother of 2 and weigh a gasping 150 pounds. i have gained this weight over the course of the past 2 years due to laziness and a sloppy diet. i have always been an instant gratification kinda gal. 5 years ago i was in the same weight situation and found success with fastin (phentermine) going down to 115. then i got pregnant with my daughter 3 years ago and got sloppy. tried the fastin again but had no success this time around. i started taking meridia about 3 months ago when my weight was tipping the scale at 162. the rx for that is $187 which wouldnt be the end of the world if there were better results.

3 weeks ago i had an epiphany that perhaps i should start exercising and watching my diet, cause im a thinker ^^. i began doing 60 minutes cardio daily along with strength training 4 times a week. i have also changed my diet and daily caloric intake and started incorporating lots of water into my day. now like i said before, im all about instant gratification. i know these new behaviors are the key factors for long term health and fitness which is a good thing, but i havent seen any changes in my body as of yet besides an increase in energy and strength. yea, terrific, but im still a fat ass.

so i started googling about clenbuterol which i have read about and liked what i saw. after researching a bit, i ordered 200 20mcg spiropent and i am anxiously waiting for their arrival which should be next week. i have read to stack them with cytomel t3 but i cannot find a decent site to order them from. anyone know where i can order some? also, is clen effective by itself? is there anything else that i can stack clen with for maximum results? if so, what and where can i get some?

any advice on how to shed this fat would be greatly appreciated.

The problem with instant gratification is it just doesn't stick. Usually this type of dieting results in your weight going up and down.

Nothing that is that easy is going to stick. It will take sacrifice and dedication. In the end with hard work you will have something that sticks. You can take all the diet aids in the world but when you lose the weight and stop taking them, you will end up with the extra weight again.

It would be best to learn to eat correctly. Once you do that it becomes 2nd nature and part of your everyday life. It's not very healthy for your weight to yo-yo.

yea. i know. sigh...
thats why i started working out cause i figure its a good habit to get into. my eating habits suck. its not so much that i over eat rather i eat whats there. if healthy stuff is prepared, ill eat it. likewise for junk. its not even that im picky, cept the fish thing. i am just not a cooker. not happening.

You have to get a hold of yourself and give youself a good shake up.
If you are weak willed you will always go back to being fat.
Give up the sugar and refined flour foods,they will trigger an insulin release and coarse your body to store calories as fat.
Your diet will consist on protein,vegetables,good fats,olive oil,coconut oil,a bit of cheese
and low gI carbs,rolled oats,sweet potatoe,bran,apple,brown rice.
You can workout every day for an hour,but if you're going to go home and eat cake,biscuts,pizza,pie alot of pasta and potatoes,your body will just stored it as fat.

Theres only one way to do it.
Diet,training and supplementation
If you cant put them altogether forget it,there's NO magic pill.
So what are you?
Just another fat lazy middle aged white white girl?
Or a hot sexy lady the envy of others in the above catagory?
Its up to you,stop dreaming and DO IT.

thank you so much for your time and the helpful links. i am shaking myself as i type. i've always been pretty lazy and im working hard to get myself out of that habit. i just gotta smarten up with food. if i learn the foods to eat and buy them and prepare them, i should be on the road to success. fyi...i dont eat cake or pie or chips. i dont like desserts. the calculator says my caloric needs are 2000. isnt that pretty high? i will read through the articles. wouldnt a personal chef be divine! blah. k. i can do this.

another thing to remember is STRESS, bad for trying to lose weight

women, moms tend to have alot of stress in their life, especially if your a mother of 2

one thing you did not mention is your height ? and you bmi and bf % ?

if you stick to your current training, be concious of what you eat and eat regularly, at least 5 times a day not big meals, just healthy and remember to get alittle protien in thier as well (avoid high carb food after 5 pm). I bet within 2 months you will see a noteable difference

a good idea how to watch what you eat is to write it down, everytime you eat something do this for like 2-3 weeks then review it and see where you can make adjustments to your diet.

clen is not a quick cure and could be potentially dangerous to take if you have any health related issues i.e. high blood pressure, heart condition

stick to the training, eat smart, get plenty of rest (i know its hard with 2 kids) find time in your day for you

you will see a difference

Yes, 2000 cals a day sems high.

If you REALLY want a strong, athletic looking body then you must make it your lifestyle (you might call it obsession). If you REALLY want it, you will do it. Yes, your friends will give you shit all the time because you will make them feel even fatter than they are.

For get the clen for now and SLOWLY start steering your lifestyle toward achieving your goals. Baby steps over a long period of time will get you where you want to go.

Yes, having kids will make it more of a challenge for you. It will also make the results more satisfying for you.

thank you for your advice. i have made changes to modify my diet and activity levels. for some reason my scale is climbing. 4 pounds in the past week. arg. anyway, i wont let that discourage me because i know i am doing the right thing. the scale might have to take a flight out the window though.

is it possible its 4 lbs of muscle ?? or PMS water weight ??

do yourself a favor do not weigh yourself but once every couple of weeks, you need to remember to be patient.

Heres another idea. Find a picture of a womans physique you would like to resemble, be practicle. HAng it up next to your mirror in bathroom or whatever. Whenever you look at the picture imagine yourself becoming this body type, be positive and keep training

ah, mr. gringo.
thanks for writing again.
im hoping its 4 lbs of muscle though i dont know how practical that is. i cant see how it could really be anything else being that my diet has been strict and my workouts consistent. pms is not the reason. that happens the first of the month. i dont know about water retention. usually i hold water like a friggin cactus but that i think was due to the fact that i never ever ever drank water...ever. now im filling up a gallon jug and drinking it daily. so shouldnt that get the water the hell out of me? but like i said, i have been disciplined and i know i am doing everything right so im not gonna get discouraged. a little bitchy perhaps, but not discouraged.
i will try to stay away from my mean scale. what is interesting to me is that my clothes fit the same as well. patience was never my strong point. its a character flaw. im a work in progress. my motivational tool is not a picture of another hot chick. i got paparazzi mags all over the place and i see plenty of em. instead, i hung up my old Hooters uniform in the kitchen to make sure i dont get off track.

I usually just sit back and watch, but the trainer comes out in me from time to time and I have to put my 2 cents in. Take heed what the fellas are telling you, these are all excellent adivces. I have a few small tips that can make all the difference when applied properly.

1. Find a local EXPERIENCED trainer, that at the very least can and will keep track of your various measurements, B/F skinfolds, weight, circumference,etc.

2. NO FRUIT in any way shape or form while you are trying to lose B/F (body fat).

3. Do whatever you have to do, to try to do your cardio exercise before your first meal of the day, that DOES NOT mean change your eating schedule OR wait to eat until you've done your cardio.
If you can't manage to get the cadio in before you eat on any given day(s) then you still need to do it at some point in the day, but really try to do it before. Cardio on an empty stomach after sleep will really cause your body to burn more fat for fuel throughout the rest of your day because it drains your livers' glycogen (sugar) storage.

I hope these little/big things help expidite your jouney to the you that you want. Above all be dilligent, consistant, and patient

Clen seems to only work along with T3 or (Cytomel.) I've been taking Clen now for almost 6 weeks. At first I got the shakes and hot flashes etc. Now I am doing T3 with it and seem to be cold all the time. Anyway, point is now I am seeing results with both vs. Clen alone. So you have to be patient as hard as it is, but it works I promise.

Become a label reading freak when shopping.Watch the carbs...keep a log on what you eat over a 1 week period and share that with us..be honest about it.Also as you learn how to eat properly teach your 2 kids..this will help them get off to a great start in life.

Overall summary: excellent drug but side effects are potentially dangerous and life threatening. DO NOT PLAY WITH EXCESSIVE DOSES EVER. Side effects include nervousness, tremors of the hands, headaches, and insomnia. If side effects occur, discontinue the drug immediately. Begin with 20 mcg QD (once per day) and increase gradually to TID (three times per day). Maximum dose is 120 mcg/day. I recommend no more than 60 mcg/day.

T3 is a poor, very poor burner of fat. For every two pounds of fat burned you will lose one pound of muscle. Afterwards the thyroid will need to return to normal during which you will be hypothyroid. Usually, it takes very little time to return to normal.
