I just wanted opinions of some serious bodybuilders on what they thought of her condition. This is the best source of knowledge I,ve found. I'm pretty dam proud of her (as you can tell). She's done it all on her own. No GOOD supplments. She has a history of kidney problems so its not worth risking it just to win a trophy. I was just curious what real bodybuilders thought not just our usual crowd telling her what she wants to hear.......Thanks for any input....DEXX out

cool, back looks awesome, really good shoulders, same thing with the legs though, need to lose some water in them, flex from the ground up, and tell her to bring her left shoulder around when she's doing a right side tri or side chest so that the judges can see her chest definition, and always keep the stomach tight! good luck

yea she's still holdin alot in her legs hoping the destilled water and potasium will help..only gets 8oz 2mrrw and has to take in 300 grams of carbs. fri no water & 400 carbs.....can u tell a diff from last pics??????? took these 2night shes only got till sat morning

yeah definately, nice tear drop and you can see the seperation between her inner, medial, and lateral heads coming out, also quad and ham seperation in the side shot. obliques look great, might try some side ab poses at the comp. real good job, y'all should both be proud, if you can take some pics of the comp and let us know how she does, good luck
