 HGH dosages for women
i just have a question, one of my friends would like to use HGH ... i have tried researching on the web, and have found loads of information on it ... and its dosages in men - but havent been able to find squat on the typical recommended dose for a woman - any idea on what the typical dose for a woman would be? any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Unless she is a very big girl, 1iu per day should be fine for fat loss, muscle tone and anti-aging, she might even have to go down to .5iu.JMO...............11

cheers man, no she isnt too big ... shes 135 .- 5 foot 4 - shes wants to use it more for a bit of muscule gain and fat loss .... thanks for the reply bud

then I would see no reason to go over 1iu per day. Just make sure she knows it takes time for GH to start working its magic. 4-6mo to really start seeing its results but after that she'll relly see what it can do...........11
