Hey, not sure if im in the right area, i wanted a womans opnion all the men i speak with have no clue on womens dosage, Hello. Im new to the forums, and new to steriods. I am 5'3", 42.3BMI, Female age 23 who plans to go to the gym 4-5 times a week in the time between school and work (3.5 hours so maybe 2 hrs gym time). My goal is to lose weight and tone up, then put on a little bulk too look more like Ms. Fitness contestants rather then female body builders. After extensive reading and research i thought that the combo of Clenbuteral Cytomel and Winstrol would be good for me. I put together a cycle i was considering and i would like some experianced persons to give me their honest opnion on weather or not i am taking the right dosage for the correct ammount of time and in relation to my size and goals, and also if anyone has done this if they can give me on advice of side effects and how it would effect me in everyday life. Im a mother, a student and work full time in coustomer service. A deep voice, and a 'speeded out' feeling if sever may effect my proformance. Cycle: W1:T3-25mcg/Clen-20mcg W2:T3-35mcg/Clen-40mcg W3:T3-50mcg/Clen-60mcg W4:T3-50mcg/Clen-60mcg W5:T3-35mcg/Clen-40mcg W6:T3-25mcg/Clen-20mcg W7:Wins-3mg W8:Wins-5mg W9:Wins-7mg W10:Wins-7mg W11:Wins-5mg W12:Wins-3mg Than repeat week1-12. I'm no expert, but have done some research regarding T3 and Clen as it is something I'm considering. The main think I've found is that most people say that Clen should be used for two weeks then a week break. this is because after 18 days the body makes its ineffective. Don't understand the science behind it, but there is plenty of advice on the net. The T3 should be tapered up and down, by starting at 1/2 tablet increasing / decreasing by 1/2 every other day. I've found some good cycles by doing a search on this website. Good luck |

Hi Zandria I think thats quite a stack for a first time. I am doing my first ever cycle of Var. I am in my 4th week of 10mg/day (2 doses of 5) and I am getting good results. I was worried about Var not being enough since I am already muscular (forgive my lack of humility..) but it is hardening me up and I am getting strength gains from it. It took a good couple weeks to 'kick in' and I was like "gee Creatine is better than this" but after about 2 /12 weeks my strength started to increase. Now I should say that I am have been working out and training hard for years and I have just barely inched up in strength the last couple years and Var is helping my take it up a notch (or more). I say do Var ALONE for 10ish weeks (8 to 16) and see what you get. The maybe got to primo (alone) and if that is still not doimng it for you then try stacking the two. then go to Winny if necc. Of course you are taking long breaks between these cysles. I really think that Var is goig to be plenty for me. I sort of saw it as the woosy roid for baby girls but it is proving itself to be the real deal. ex: I was stuck at BB bench 135 for EVER (thats a 45 on each side) That is all I could get up to and I could crank out maybe 4 on my own. The other day I was putting it up like it was my warm up weight. I did like 12 easy on my own! Crazy! I really think I will be putting (at least) another 50 on my bench before I am done. All of my lifts have gone up and my body is considerably harder. I have never had my abs this visible at my current weight (128). I haven't done a BF check but clearly I am losing BF. Interestingly my weight is exactly the same but I am not as soft as when i started. I'm lovin it! (not Mcdonalds, the Var...) BuffHottie var works for ladies. I have had NO sides. Still very much a girly, girl . |
