I just started anavar today

I just started var today at 2.5 mg once in the morning for now and in 3 days I will up to 2.5mg twice times a day. I'm very excited this is my first cycle so I am going to go slow because I am leary of sides. But I figured I would post this and keep everyone updated every couple days with how things are going. Wish me luck!

Lol, yep you're right Dennis, I have var and you and your wisdom. I'm doing good. Today still at 2.5 mg, but I'm noticing that I am sucking down a lot of water. I drink a lot of water usually but I went from 3L to 4L today. Below is my measurements from yesterday as my starting point. Also my Diet breakdown for yesterday. I keep track of all that crap so I'll try to post it daily, if anyone cares.

went 300 cals over my limit, damn muscle milk

what is your goal exactly with this cycle ? I would not worry much about what the scale says for awhile..you will trade some body fat for muscle so the scale might go up a bit and then back down.Muscle milk huh..thats what i drink..lots of cals..you might try myoplex light..I also heard of ne wmuscle milk light coming out.Tell us when you can feel the var working.

My goals are to cut and harden up I have a lot of issues putting on weight but this seems to be helping already I'm up to 117 as of yesterday. Mostly water retention but my arms are starting to show more defination already after 1 week. I will go up to 7.5 mgs tomorrow. My diet is still in the works but I've talked to several different trainers who seem to know what they're talking about.

I love the muscle milk rtd chocolate! Haven't tried the powder yet though, I saw GNC has the light might give it a shot. I use nitrotech hardcore chocolate 3 x a day then the muscle milks once a day as a late night snack.

If you buy the muscle milk powder get the chocolate milk flavor..it is the best..I mix mine with no fat or low fat milk.
