Hi, I'm really just looking for some advice on DNP for women. I am just starting out and to be honest not in great shape, however I do want to lose weight quickly, Is DNP a good starting point for me? any help advice is welcome.

I think it's way too much for a starter. DNP is crude shit and one of the things i would never touch, but that's me... You will find clenbuterol to be more suitable for your case.
Give us your stats please (age, height, weight, years of training, what kind of training, diet, bf%) and we can start from there.

weight 11st 7lbs :-(
Not exercised or trained for ages so rather unfit (obviously looking to change this) going to the gym for the first time tomorrow:-)
Don't know my bf% however I would think itprettye high.
Like I said I want to get in shape, tone up my muscles and lose weight.
As you can see from my stats I'm getting desperate, hence looking at DNP for a quick start.

You are 5,2 and 117lbs? I can't figure it the way you wrote it down. If you are 117lbs stay away from drugs, you don't need them. Especially if your new to training and weightlifting. Quick starts have rather unpleasant finishing points.
You have to have a solid workout plan and diet which you will follow religiously for at least 3-4 months and then we can talk again about drugs.
If i didn't get it right and you're more than 117lbs, stimultans would make your heart work overtime, something that already happens (if we suppose you're overweight).
Regarding DNP now....
I have been lifting and working out for more than 5 years and i have tried a lot of stuff. I have swore that i am not going to touch this poison. It's crude and there's no actual science behind it.

Even though I have had much success with DNP. My wife had very little success with it compared to her sides. While on it, she could do very little even at a low dose.
Sorry if my message was confusing in Europe we work in Stone and pounds. I weigh 161 pounds so for my height I'm definitely over weight.
I guess there's really no quick fix other than hard work in the gym, I'll stay away from DNP until I'm a bit fitter, however I would still like to find something that woud burn fat quickly and safely.....thanks for taking an interest
You are crazy to touch DNP, I would never even consider it. Rather lose weight the right way, get a good training program, do cardio five times a week and get a good diet. Add in some clen or maybe a good eca stack. Calculate your your maintenance calories and eat 300-500 hundred calories below that, but keep your diet clean toghether with cardio and a stimulant and that should help you burn fat
Hi everyone, thanks for the advice. Glad I joined the forum to hear it first hand. If you'd all said positive things about it I'm sure I would have went ahead and bought it by now. Anyway I've been going to the gym and doing it the right way and really enjoying it. I'll look into Clen as that's came up a few times now as a possible good alternative.
Research ketogenic diet..this will be your best bet.
