i am125 pounds 5"6 an exotic dancer 19 years old and presently been doing cardio 45 minutes six days a week and strenght traing for 45minutes six days a week as well but i want an extra push i want to lose stomach fat and gain muscle. i was going to take winstrol but heard it was bad for women. can someone help me with cycle that will tone up my body without major health concerns?

LIke Joe said, skip the drugs for now. If you are serious about your goals, there are plenty of people here willing to help. Don't do the winstrol, there are too many potential sides for what you are trying to accomplish.

my diet is pretty good i have oatmeal for breakfast then protein powder in water twice a day and i eat mostly chicken breasts and salad with very little salad dressing i eat about one piece of bread or other high carbs a day. i have alot of stress right now though

I would think at your height and weight you are slim. Have you had any kids? Do you really have "belly fat" or are you being too hard on yourself? (Trust me, I undrstand that one.) How long have you been on this particular diet and exercise regimen?

i been going to the gym and taking the whey powder for a few months. but i have always eaten the same way. i do have one child she is three. i have been doing a few pagent type contests and i have a photo shot for playboy coming up in january and the leaner (for show) and stronger (for pole tricks)i am for work the more money i make. Idont really have that much fat on my stomache just more than i would like.

BD, If you are noticing changes, keep doing what you are doing...and be patient. I have the hardest time with my female friends and keeping them off the scale. You can change the shape of your body and not necessarily lose "weight". Take credit for the changes you see and let that motivate you to keep doing the things that are making the changes happen. |
