ok, i am 5'5, sadly weigh 180lbs. due to depression over cheating spouse. I am now ready to get my butt in gear! I have 40mg
clen pills and am looking for advice on dosage,length of cycle,supplements i should take along with
clen. I currently take the following supplements:
morning:
3000 mg cla
25mg dhea
200mcg chromium
350mg green tea
multivitamin
afternoon:
dhea 25mg
chromium 200mcg
green tea 350 mg
evening
chromium 200mcg
magnesium 400 mg
also i will be taking 37.5 mg phentermine unless you think it's a bad idea with the
clen.
i came up with this from looking at different websites. I need to know if i should continue this regimen along with the
clen or not. Also, i have read that you should take l-tyrosine and potassium along with
clen. finally, will
clen be effective if i mostly do cardio followed by machines or do i have to lift weights also? i am not a bodyuilder i am looking to lose fat and tone up.any and all help will be greatly appreciated.thanks!!!
