I just finished my
Var cycle yesterday (may 4th) and had some questions about what i should do next.
I was on a 10 week cycle and I reallly LOVE
var. it helped me gain quite a bit of muscle and really toned up my upper body and helped out my lower body quite a bit too.
I dont have any trouble when it comes to putting muscle on my upper body but my lower body is where the "fat" is easily stored.
Now that I am done my cycle i would like to loose some weight. Or start to "cut" as one might put it. I went from being 138 lbs when i started my cycle to 153 lbs. So after putting on 15 pounds it kinda made me feel like "eugh, i am gaining weight" but then my bf who also is on a cycle said that it is completely normal to gain weight and in fact that was a good sign. I was putting on muscle.
Now though I am wondering how long i should go off of
Var before beginning a cutting cycle. I would definitely like to be down to at least 130 pounds. I have been that weight and lighter before. But my body has trouble staying under 130. That seems to be its comfort zone. And being 5'8" I am comfortable with 130.
So basically my q's are:
-how long to be off of
var before beginning a cutting cycle?
-should i use
Var again with my cutting cycle?
-How long should my cutting cycle be?
and if anyone has any general info or comments for me - PLEASE let me know!
