safe oral for women /?

Catchy title huh ? What i am asking is : safe oral aas for women? low or no sides ?One that would burn body fat and gain some lean muscle ? One that would not deepen voice or grow hair on their backs?ha ha...My wife and i train together..i use but she never has..she is 32..5' 2''..about 112 lbs...already had tubes tied..has excess fat usuall places it gathers on women..she already looks good but has those stuborn areas she wants to get rid of..her training and diet could both improve but is there something that would speed up the process where she could see some noticable improvements that would excite her to train harder? any help would be apreciated!

Not a good idea at all.....steroids are for top female athletes only ( and mature men with several years of training under their belt) not a mom who wants to look better.

Thanks premier....your probably correct...show me a mom who does not want to look better.I was just wondering if there was an oral with low sides that could help her reduce % body fat and gain some lean muscle..She trains with me mon-friday..lighter wieght..higher reps and does her cardio.No she is not an athlete any more or pro body builder but neither am I. I use some to help gain muscle/strenght at a faster rate..thought there might be a quick fix for her...thanks for your comments...others are welcome..d

anavar @ 5mg Ed for about 2 weeks. If she likes it, she can take it to 10mg ED for a few more additional weeks. But do not go over 10mg ED.

Primobolan® Tablets (methenolone acetate)

Among women, Primobolan® is one of the most popular steroids in use. At a dosage of 50-75mg daily, virilization symptoms are extremely uncommon. One would of course not expect a tremendous amount of muscle mass with this drug, and instead should expect a slow and steady (quality) increase. Some women choose to further add-in other anabolics such as Winstrol® or oxandrolone, in an effort to increase the muscle building effectiveness of a cycle. While both of these compounds are quite tolerable to women, one must be sure not to use too high an accumulated dosage. Troublesome androgenic side effects are always a possibility with steroid use, even with very mild substances. Taken at too high a dosage, these weak anabolics can become a formidable danger to femininity. It would therefore be the best advice not to use the normal dosage range of both, but instead start with a much lower dosage of each steroid to compensate for the other. On the black market Primobolan® orals are popular, but still much less commonly found than the injectable. This is due to the higher cost effectiveness of the injectable, which uses the same active compound but with 100% bioavailability due to the form of administration.

Hey Dennis,
I just started using anavar a few days ago. I am taking 2.5 mgs tiwce a day for a total of 5 mg daily. This is my first cycle.
I have noticed a mild strength increase so far but I have only been taking it for just a few days. I will let you all know what kind of progress I make.
I may go to 10 mg daily and the next step (after a few weeks of nothing) would be a mild primo cycle (oral for me cuz I don't like shots)
I may be fine after a lil' 5mg cycle of var and stop there. I am just planning ahead in case I feel like I want to step it up or don't get what I am expecting.
I believe anavar is the mildest and safest choice for woman and a good place to start. Primo is used by woman as well. Of course a person would want to be very seriuos with their diet and training while doing any kind of cycle.

I should note that I was natural for 12 years and made it to national level of competition before ever considering AAS. Many would argue I may have gone national sooner had I not been natty for so long and they may be right?
I also know that I have been beaten on stage by gals who juice when I was natty...
but I really wanted to know what I could accomplish on my own. Now I know that no matter what I get from AAS, I am 95% genetics and hard work.
Opinions on when to do it will always vary but most will say it is best left to serious trainees and/or competitors. of course you know your wifes level of dedication and fitness better than any of us could.

great info..thanks....does the Var have a different name ? I did not see it on the site I use to order ? How long of a var cycle is reccomended for a 1st timer ?Is there any pct needed for a woman? What are possible sides for a women.She has trained w/ me for the past 10 years but is no where as dedicated as myself.Now (32)her metabolism is slowing she is gaining body fat% and not leaning up as quick in the gym..I think if she ran quick easy oral cycle it would jump start her and motivate her to train harder seeing some real results..d

This is my first cycle so I will tell you what I am doing based on my own research. I am doing 2.5mg 2X day (total of 5mg/day) and I will possibly up it to 10mg/day (2 doses of 5mg) in a week or so if I feel it is necc.
I will run it for 10 weeks total. Usual cycles could be from 8 to 12 weeks.
No PCT is necc for women but Milk Thistle might be helpful to ward off the very small chance of liver toxicity.
Possible sides are all the androgenic sides you have heard of from other AAS but very, very small chance of it with var in small doses. I personally highly value my pretty skin and femininity and it is for this reason that I chose var.
However there are risks, albeit small.
Names for this drug are Anavar, Oxandrolone, Oxanabol and probably more I don't know of??
