Money's not worth not having food yo!

I don't have any pics of myself on here, yet. I think we are getting the internet at home pretty soon (I use it at work right now). So hopefully once we get that and my husband brings his computer home, I can upload a few. As soon as I have them available, they will be up!

Understandable. Skinny girls with huge boobs are usually the main attractions. I dont think youd be able to hit 100 pounds, but with diet and some exercise, you should be able to drop a good 10-15 pounds, and that would dramatically change your look. Part of the solution, based on your goals, is to actually lose some muscle.

by losing muscle, that means no exercise am i right on this one? I was 100 pounds about 5 years ago.. so i know it's not entirely impossible... (by the way thanks for the comment monsoon)..

What I mean is, if you really want to have the body of the chick in one of the pictures you posted, then theres no question you would have to lose muscle. But like I said, if you lose a little fat and get down to the mid-teens bodyfat, your entire look will change. At, say, 15%, you would have abs and a killer bod.

Losing muscle means created a caloric deficit, and doing high rep/medium weight lifting. And lots o' cardio. Check out this cardio....I think it's awesome for getting the "stubborn fat" to come off. Which from where if looks as though your fat resides, the small amount you seem to have, is stubborn female fat (hips and thighs).....

First and foremost, this is one of the places where morning/pre-breakfast cardio is probably crucially important.

An hour or two before cardio, take 200 mg caffeine with 1-3 grams of L-tyrosine (NO ephedrine).

There are two segments to the cardio:

- The first segment is for mobilization, to get those stubborn fatty acids out of the fat cell.
- The second segment is the oxidation part, to burn them off in the muscle.

For the first segment of the cardio, use a machine that you don't normally use. So if you normally do the treadmill, do the first segment on the stairmaster or bike or something. Just make it different.

First segment:
warmup: 3-5 minutes
go hard: 5-10 minutes. I mean hard, as hard as you can stand for the entire time. This will NOT be fun on lowered blood glucose. I've considered putting intervals here but haven't found the data I need to make up my mind. If you do intervals, go something like 5X1 minutes all out with a 1 minute break (10 minutes total intervals)

Rest 5 minutes, just sit on your butt, drink water, try not to puke.

Go to your normal cardio machine. Do at least 30 minutes at moderate/high moderate intensity (below lactate threshold but decent intensity). I'd say 45 minutes maximum here but I'm still making up my mind and looking at data.

Go home, and wait and hour before having a small protein meal (25-50 grams or so). No dietary fat. 2-3 hours later, go back to normal diet eating. Your daily calories shouldn't be any different than they were already, they are just distributed differently, you only have 100-200 immediately after cardio, and then the rest afterwards.

I'd do that maybe 3 days per week to start, and see what happens.

This seems to work because......

To get stubborn fat mobilized, you have to overcome a fairly severe resistance in terms of both blood flow and lipolysis, this requires very high concentrations of catecholamines (adrenaline/noradrenaline). Sadly, jacking up levels of catecholamines (necessary for mobilization) limits burning in the muscle which is why you follow the high intensity with low intensity.

Basically, you jack up levels to get the fat mobilized, and then let them fall so that the fatty acid can be burned in the muscle.

I have a study showing that Ephedrine before intense activity lowers the catecholamine response, that's the reason for avoiding it. Studies also show a lower than normal catecholamine response as people adapt to a given type of cardio; doing a different machine will result in a higher catecholamine response than you'd other wise get.

The bigger problem with stubborn fat has to do with:

- Blood flow to the fat cells: which is typically very low, odds are your butt is cold to the touch compared to other areas of your body
- It's harder to mobilize: both because of impaired blood flow, and because of adrenoceptor issues.

Oral yohimbe (0.2 mg/kg) can be effective when used over the long term. Don't take it within 3-4 hours of taking ephedrine, and start with a half-dose to assess tolerance (some people get really freaky responses from it). IF you can find pharmaceutical yohimbine, it's far far better than the herbal version (and most of the herbal versions are crap, the only one I trust is Twinlab Yohimbe Fuel).

Taking the yohimbe with caffeine prior to morning cardio does seem to help with very stubborn fat.

So check that out. It has seemed to work well for me. Also...if you want to just lose fat and no muscle...try The Ultimate Diet 2.0 by Lyle McDonald. It's awesome! I've lost probably 4% body fat in about 4.5 weeks. Hope it works for you.

ALSO.....after speaking with many guys, and having quite a few guy friends. Guys don't like those tiny, tiny girls. They look at them because they are there, and they want to see half neked girls.

But most men seem to like the "thicker" girls. I doubt you would lose any money in looking bigger than those aneroxic looking girls. I bet you would make more. I'm sure there are those guys out there that like Lindsay Lohan twigs...but most males I know, don't. They like fairly large boobs B to C (they all just say the boobs need to match the body in propotion), and a curvey looking lady. A lot of them say they wish girls weren't so afraid of muscle as well.

Anyway...they are gonna pop a boner whether or not you look like you do or whether you're very thin. Because they are there to pop that boner and think about it later that night at home alone.....

Man, I'm sorry I missed this one.

I haven't been to a "gentlemen's club" in years. But from what I remember the lighting isn't usually such that the average guy would be able to tell the difference between you and that other girl. Is the problem really the customers? I've got a feeling that management told you that you could get in the "A-list" time slot if you lost a couple of pounds. Managers are much pickier than customers are. You easily look "A-list" to me . You're working with an excellent musculature from what I can see. Did you try Carmen Electra's tapes??

Take Bob's advice and start a food journal. If you don't already have one. Alot of people are shocked at how many calories they are consuming when they actually pay attention.

You are in very good shape now. Excellent proportions IMO. But to get even leaner is going to be difficult. You'll have to keep very close track of your diet to get it dialed in just right, and work your ass off... pun intended.
