I have a female client , she has done 15mg of
Var a day for 4 weeks with 2 iu of
GH and got nice results. They are in the speed and power sports track, cycling etc.
They would like to try the following (their diet is good, high protein, very low carbs, low fat):

Var/25mg of
winny per day for 3 weeks
Any suggestions from women whom have tried this, also is this a good combo, I've heard stuff about joint/tendon problems with
Winny;however with just 3-4 weeks is this a safe amount. She also wants to stay thin
