winny and
var. Ok here is my question for my client whom is female. She is receiving 25mg tabs of
Winny. For someone whom has never done a protocol of
winny it was suggested that 25mg was too much per day to start for a woman. She is only going on for 3-4 weeks tops (testing etc) so what do you rec'd
How much
winny per day or every other day
How much
var per day
The diet is high in protein, almost no carbs, low low fat and she doesn't want to bring attention to HUGE anything ie. arms legs (she's in explosive /speed sports track, cycling) but only wants a good 6 pack. She has a tendancy to show easily with low rep weights.
